For the 6th time in a row, I was to receive the great honour of having MOST WINNING BMD in the club, my precious Sennetta´s Columbo "Frodo". However this year it was very emotional as he left us in October 2017. Words cannot express how deeply I miss having him by my side, my soulmate & friend. I didn´t know that he also would be the first dog in the history of the club,

I have been approved as a breeder by The Danish Kennel Club, and have an official Kennel name registered by FCI: Kennel Legacy of Columbos - what other name than a praise to my precious Columbo aka Frodo. However I´m not planning on raising my own litters at the moment, but I believe that when you have available studs, you contribute to the future for our breed and should take responsibility as such.

I´m so happy, I just recieved the official letter from DKK stating that all restrictions based on offspring evaluation has been lifted on my beloved Frodo. See the official letter from The Danish Kennel Club including translation below. He is the FIRST DOG in Denmark to recieve this honour. Even though I´m happy and proud, of course this will not change anything regarding my choices for using Sennetta´s Columbo as stud. In order to keep up the excellent offspring HD statistic I will continue to consider every mating very carefully. A huge thanks to the breeders that believed in him and of course also to all the puppy owners for taking such good care of their puppies.

Det fremgår af hundeweb, at Columbo er blevet far til 13 stykker afkom, og heraf er de 10 røntgenfotograferet med følgende resultater: A: 7 stk.; B: 2 stk. (begge har A/B) og C: 1 stk. (B/C). Alle 10 afkom har 0/0 på albuerne og er fri for OCD i skuldrene. We are pleased to inform you that The Health Committee at DKK based on offspring evaluation has decided to lift all restrictions on Sennetta´s Columbo.
The restrictions were made based on Columbos´ HD status. He has until now fathered 13 offspring in Denmark, whereof 10 has been x-rayed: A: 7; B: 2 (both A/B) & C: 1 (B/C). All puppies are ED 0/0 and OCD Unaffected. Based on this excellent statistic we hereby lift all restrictions on this male, naturally assuming that breeding is made accordingly to ethical recommendations from The Kennel Club.
